we have applied for I129f , fiance visa in Oct 17 , we got approval throw the mail in Nov 19, the problem is that i have been living in Qatar for 3 years and the company i am working for they decided to finish my contract so i have to leave Qatar within 2 weeks to go back to my country Tunisia ,

we tried to contact USCIS to ask them for what we need to do in this case , they said we have to contact NVC, we called NVC they said they didn't receive our case yet

my question is

1-what i do to have the interview in Tunisia not in Qatar

2- is this will delay the process

3- is there any document i need to take with me from Qatar to the interview in Tunisia

1. when you called NVC, did you tell them that you want the petition to be sent to Tunisia instead? if not, you should do this.

2. if your petition gets sent to Qatar, then yes, it might cause a bit of a delay. Moving petitions from one consulate to another delays the process for a few weeks (some experienced waiting months)

3. I am not sure about the interview requirements of Tunisia. But for my country, they required a police certificate if you lived in another country for more than 6 months. You should pop over to Tunisia portal and ask there. You will get more accurate answers. Here is the link:
