Interview on december 6, am i getting all the documents right?

Hello everyone! We just recently scheduled and interview and we were lucky to grab a slot on December 6.

Here are the things I'm bringing:

1. Appointment confirmation

2. Original receipt of visa paid from bpi

3. Copy of NOA 2

4. NVC Letter ( copy )

5. Affidavit of support ( original )

6. 2012 income tax return ( photocopy )

7. W2 form ( photocopy )

8. Divorce decree ( photocopy but I wanted to bring original just in case)

9. His record of payment from PayPal since he is a programmer and most client are thru online )

10. The copy of petition

11. Pictures together

12. Chat logs

13. Our hotels accommodation

14. Contract of lease from his 2 months stay here

15. Tickets from our travel

16. CENOMAR ( original and copy )

17. Birth certificate mine ( original and copy )

18. NBI clearance ( original and copy )

19. Passport ( original and copy of first page )

20. The CD of my X-ray from St. Luke

21. 2 copies of 2x2 photos for visa.

21. His birth certificate ( copy )

Am I missing something?

Another thing is we haven't receive a letter of confirmation yet from us embassy manila stating that Our papers were there already. But, when we made an open case about the typo of my passport, they replied to us immediately and our appointment date was not moved. Does that mean they had our papers already and they checked our files before replying to us?

It will be 2 weeks and 5 days on the date of my interview since they gave us notice on CEAC that our petitioned is READY already for an interview..

our peition was approved last October 18. USCIS sent our approved petition to NVC in November 4. NVC received our petition on November 14. November 15 we were given Manila case number..November 20 my fiancée schedule the interview. Originally the slot available at the time is on February 3, 2014 but when my baby refresh the page, we got January 30 slot. Then the next day, he log in again and luckily the December 6 slot was available so he reschedule the interview immediately! You have to be fast to move in the computer so you will be able to get an earlier schedule. you pay the visa, wait for 4 hours before you can make an online appointment. Remember your user name should be your valid email address because it is where they are going to send the confirmation!

One more thing , in what site did u make ur online appointment? i dont know if i can make online appointment already though the NVC already emailed me informing that my CR1 case was already completed and will be notified for the appointment interview , but when i checked at the ceac.state.gov/ceac/ site still no update status .... what do u think sis? hayzzz

NVC makes your appointment, K-1 process is different

You're good to go You don't need to bring the CD of X-ray from St. Luke's though, you will be needing that in the US.

Actually you won't be needing that in the US...that is your souvenir copy
