Hey everybody am new here, my confusion is I filed for 1-130 and received an email saying yur case has been accepted and routed to NSC for process with my receipt number on 30 Oct13 but I received another email on 22 Nov 13 saying your case has been accepted and routed to Nebraska Service Center (NSC) for process with a different receipt number. My question is has anybody seen or have this issue before and what does it mean. thanks
