Hi VJ,

Is there any special immigration form needed for K1 Visa entrance into US? My fiance said she had seen one at the CFO and said she will fill it out when she gets the CFO sticker/stamp and bring it with her.

I just assumed its the typical non resident forms they pass out on the planes.

Nope. Nothing needed. The I-94 is no longer completed and turned it at POE, it is done electronically and can retrieved once in the USA at the CBP website.

Customs declaration will be completed on the aircraft and turned in.
