Hi All,

I am filling the online version of DS-260 and in "Medial and Health Information" Section there is a Question related to vaccination.

"Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?"

My wife didn't have documentation even though she has received the vaccination in India.

When i select "No" for this there is a Text Area that shows up which asks for Explanation.

I am planning to write an explaination that we don't have any documentation.

Also aren't we supposed to schedule an appointment with a USCIS Approved Doctor in India before we go for the interview ? (where ever you are) and get the vaccinations from him.

03/18/2014 CEAC Case Status changed to "Administrative Processing".

03/18/2014 CEAC Case Status changed to "Issued".

03/22/2014 Picked Up Passports from Blue Dart.

03/30/2013 POE.

Answer "no" and in the explanation box write that at the present time, your wife does not have the immunization documents because her case is currently on file with the NVC and she did not get instructions to report for her medical yet. Finish with, all immunization records will be brought to the interview after completing the medical.

I am the petitioner.
