I-129 F, Petitions for Alien fiancé

Request for evidence that you have met each other in person during the two year period

Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persons.

Does anyone sure about if affidavits have to be notarized?

Are there any places that I can find some examples for how to write them? I am very confused now. Thanks!

Sample affidavit: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/USCIS_I751_Affidavit.doc

Keep in mind that this is a sample. It is always best to use one's own words.

All affidavits should be notarized.

I could not post the link, they are in; VJ USCIS example Immigration forms, under lifting conditions. They need to be notarized, you can write it for your friend, email to them so they can make any corrections, sign and notarize. There are tons of lists in VJ showing examples of what people submitted for proof of a relationship. Google is your friend in this process.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
