issues with the mail always undeliverable

Hi,

our case been approved by uscis on nov. 14 2013, before uscis is trying to send us some mail but it is always undeliverable. my husband is currently deployed overseas. then yesterday we received another mail that the approval notice of our case bounce back again and mail is again undelivered. when we check our status it went back to initial review. now, it is very confusing why the hell we get back to initial review when we already received a notice that our case is approved. we just dont get the hard copy bcz my husband mailing address is somehow mess up. is there anyway we get have it pick up? or anybody have the same experiences as we do? what should we do? its like the 4th time we changing address and it always bounce back. thank you

If your case has been approved, then it will be forwarded on to the national visa center no matter if you get the notification or not. It will still be on its way. I had the same thing happen to me.
