Hi, so my fiance and I both own apartments in the Philippines and lived there for 4 years. However he had to go back to the US and his icard has now expired. Is it still possible to do a DCF despite the expired icard?

Why did he go back? If just a quick trip, like a visa run to reset his visitors visa, you should be OK. If he moved back, you prolly need to wait the 6 months again. All depends on residency.

This is assuming you're married. Ir-1/cr-1 can be filed via DCF. If you're planning on filing for k-1, no go. Can't do fiancae visa DCF.
