we recently requested for an expedite since my fiance will be deployed on january, last week my fiance sent the documents (letter requesting expedite and his orders) today we recieved a reply from uscis that goes like this

The status of this service request is:

Thank you for your inquiry. Review of your case has been completed; you should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke.

Now we are really anxious as to what that our NOA could be since if they approved it or they need more evidence couldn't they have said that on their email since they already said it's been completed, i checked our case status on uscis and it just says alien registration number has been changed today, i think im having a panic attack over this lol. has anyone gone through this when they requested for expedite? i mean received the same letter and if so how was your NOA omg now i don't think i am making anymore sense, well any insights will be appreciated. thank you
