No, you now need to actually apply for the visa once your case arrives at your local embassy.

NOA2 is step 4 in the process. Take a look: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* How? Read my DCF London I-130 for CR1/IR1 Spouse Guide

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production

27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed

26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

Your I-129F Petition has been approved. You still have to apply for the visa. guides6ly.gif easily accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the step by step K-1 Guide:

Good luck on your visa journey.

Congratulations for you NOA 2 Now the Noa 2 will be sent to the NVC and will take at least 4 weeks to be process with the new number that will statr with BGT as Bogota following the number 2013 as the yeas and the visa number. BGT2013XXXXXX Having the number mean nothing they need to process the whole thing .. time to do that about 4 to 8 weeks ... have a pillow and sit comfortable ... after that they will send to you or to him a letter states that you visa so and so will be send to Bogota IT WILL TAKE another 10 to 15 days , you have to call Bogota embassy to double check it... when you get there ask me again because it just little complicate. .... if you fiancee is computer savvy he will help you in your process FILL OUT THE DS 160 if not ... acuna matata...

My educated guess ... about MARCH 2014 YOUR CASE WILL BE ARRIVED TO BOGOTA ... sorry I know you do not like but do not daydream
