Packet 3 does bring the Forms but you can download, fill and print or print and fill by hand out of the consulate's web page if you want to.

THANKS, BY THE WAY, I SHOULD NEVER LEAVE BLANK SPACES? I PLACED N.A. FOR QUESTIONS I CANT ANSWER OR NOT APPLICABLE.

Don't put N/A where NONE should be placed. I've heard of RFEs for stupid things like that. N/A is only used if the question really doesn't apply. NONE is if there's NONE. Don't leave any blank spaces (unless you already put NONE for previous spouses you won't need to put NONE on all of the info required for them like DOB, etc.

Are you the US citizen or the foreign fiance? 'Cus if you are the US citizen you're not the one that fills out those DS forms, it's the foreign fiance that fills them out. And in that case, is she/he taking any kids on a K2 with her/him? If not, then your answer is NONE.

The forms say to write N/A and I e-mailed the consulate in Brazil to verify that - they said it is correct.

Do not leave any blanks.
