I know this was posted almost 5 years ago, but almost this exact situation has happened to me. I am 19, first speeding ticket, hadn't switched over my license yet (from arkansas, no i am not an immagrant, i just needed to make the account to ask some questions). I was cited with 2 codes. 1)22350 VC-1 and 2)12500A VC-1

My fine is OUTSTANDINGLY RIDICULOUS. 768 dollars with no option for corrections.

I am just seeking a little help, trying to find out how your case ended and see if you have any advice for me since you have already been through a very similar situation. Did you fight it yourself? or did you hire a lawyer? any help would be greatly appreciated.
