After months of preparation, my husband is finally going to send our I130 packet tomorrow. Here's the cover letter that he'll be including:

Subject: I-130 Petition for my spouse ME

Dear Sir/Madam:

I, MY HUSBAND, a citizen of the United States, would like to file a petition I-130 for my spouse, ME.

Please find enclosed the following required and supporting documents:

1. Completed and signed form I-130
2. Money order for I-130 filing fee
3. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (petitioner)
4. Completed and signed form G-325A and photograph (beneficiary)
5. Copy of petitioner’s birth certificate
6. Copy of our marriage certificate
7. Copy of beneficiary’s birth certificate and passport
8. Proof of a bona fide relationship
   1. A short summary of our story
   2. Screenshots of Skype video chats
   3. Excerpts of Facebook chats
   4. Postages of mailed parcels
   5. Boarding passes
   6. Photos
   7. Pregnancy confirmation of beneficiary
   8. Sonogram of baby’s photos
   9. Copies of beneficiary’s credit card bills during her stay with me

Copies of the documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I or my wife may be required to submit original documents to an immigration or consular officer at a later date.

I kindly request you to process the above petition and to provide the receipt notice as soon as possible.

And to double-check, he needs to send it to the Phoenix lockbox if he lives in Texas right?

I am quite nervous because we don't have a lot of photos and we were only together from July to early Oct before I had to come home due to my pregnancy. My husband isn't worried because I am pregnant with his baby lol.

Well we prepared the best we could. Hopefully it will enough.

Photos are little part of the whole body of evidence uscis require. Your package look well organized and meticulously put together.

Besides, you're carrying the best evidence in my opinion...your child together! Relax and enjoy!

Also add this form http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/g-1145.pdf if you want to be notified visa email/text that they accepted your petition.

I would also include two passport photos each cause RFEs happen.

Another Q, is it possible to have the processing expedited so that me and baby can go to daddy in the US if/when we get approved? He won't be able to be here in the PHilippines for the birth so we're hoping that this process won't take so long because it's our first child ever so we're very excited to be a family under one roof lol.

Unfortunately, no... Unless it's a complicated pregnancy and you would need a lot of medical proof then to submit with your expedite request.

EDIT: You can try, though. Worse case scenario they will say no.
