thought digital meaning just type in your full name but

ds-160 is for petitoner or benificiary

DS-160 is for beneficiary since she/he is the one who will be applying for K1-visa. Petitioner or the USC can assist him/her in preparing the DS-160 online but the beneficiary will sign it digitally...

Nope. Digitally signing in this case is the visa applicant clicking the appropriate box and submitting. You will see when you get to that part.

hennysemitara ------> need to click the "sign" and like what Hank always said.... need to research and read as well... and i did that it helped me... i had my interview last oct. 29, 2013 and i submitted my DS160 a day before my inteview coz errors from my first application.... it explain everything in uscis.gov :-) hope it will help a bit good luck!
