Hello All,

I have received I-797 Notice of Action stating "I-130 is approved and they will send file to NVC at NH state.

They will notify me in 30 days to be further steps to be done.

I have a impression that they will suggest me to file I-485 and all forms.

(I am already in USA with Valid F-1 Visa.)

The question to all experts is here>>>

I am planning to visit my country in December 2013 for 2 months and if i receive this further notice of action to file 485 and all other forms

"What is your suggestions ??"

"What is the general deadline of filling forms 485 and all ?"

"Is it possible that i can file all forms after coming to my country ?"

Please guide me !!

Thank You
