On OF 169 it says to mail the DS-160 confirmation page, I-134 and OF169 to the Consulate and I was wondering at this point should I include the tax transcripts and other proof of income or should I just take those to the interview when my fiancee goes?

When you send I-134 you have to send proof of incomes with it. this includes tax transcripts and other proof of income if you have any such as bank statements.

Your fiancee need to only bring the second part of the requirements on instruction form OF-169 for her interview.

i just received my NOA 2 approval recently and was wondering if the Optional Form 169 need to have original signature from Beneficary. I was thinking of having my Fiance fill out the form, then scan and email back to me so i can send with I-134 and DS-160 Confirmation page.
