My fiancee stayed with me in the US for 6 months on a B1 visa. Should we include my US address on her G325A under residences within last 5 years?

Also, she moved out of her apartment before that 6 month stay in the US and is currently staying with friends/family until she finds her own place. What should we put her as her current address?

I'm assuming whatever address is listed as current on the G325A should also match her address on the I-129F, right?

(We are currently using her prior work address for her mailing address. She will be able to receive mail there).

Thanks!
