DS-160 security & background part 1

Hi guys, we have our interview October 29 and decided to do the online ds160 even though we scheduled the interview before Oct 7...less paper to bring to the interview.

This is probably a silly question but we are not sure if she should answer yes or no to the question "do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law"

She did immunizations for the medical at St Lukes, so would that be a yes?. She's unsure to answer yes because its the only questions thats not a definite no response in the set of questions for part 1 security and background.

Thanks for the help and wish us luck. Flying into Manila on the 26th I will be there with my fiancee for the interview to give my support.

Yep, do answer YES.

This documentation is called the DS-3025 which SLEC gives after the medical and indicates the vaccinations received in compliance to US law (http://photos.state.gov/libraries/thailand/591452/iv/ds3025.pdf). In Philippines, only SLEC can issue this form to the visa applicant for their US Embassy interview.

Yeah, it was indeed a little odd that out of all the questions that needed to be answered with a NO, there's something in between that's supposed to be a YES. Probably it's their way of checking if the applicant is really reading all the questions in the form.

Your good to with a yes for vaccinations since you had them from SLEC.

I was at the interview and I feel that it helped, IMHO.

We answered NO as no medical at SLEC yet but after stating NO it gave an explanation box which we filled in "Vaccinations will be done at SLEC prior to Embassy Interview". Either way it's ok.
