Change of address

My K1 petition has been approved by USCIS and forwarded to the London embassy. I anticipate that my fiance will have his interview sometime in late January or February.

I am moving into a new apartment January 15th.

First: Should I use my current address on the I-134? By the time he has his interview it will no longer be my address, but it will be current when I sign the papers and send them to him. I suspect I should use my current address as it corresponds with the address used for my I-129f and it IS where I'm living right now.

Second: On my I-129f I listed my current address as the place where my fiance will be living when he arrives here. That is no longer accurate, since I will have a new apartment before his arrival. How do I update this? Should he do it at the interview? Should we send a change of address form once he gets here and before we file AOS, or will filing AOS from the new address be sufficient notifcation?

Cheers!

heishe,

Information on a form should be current as of when the form is dated.

you do not have to update your I-129f. Both DS-156 and DS-230 as the visa applicant to identify where they expect to live when they enter the USA. Answer appropriately.

Form I-94 asks where they person expects to stay upon entry. Answer appropriately.

If after entry the person moves from the place identified on the I-94 they should notify the USCIS using form AR-11.
