I'm really hesitant to reply ernie, but I note you haven't had any replies so I'm going to pop in, and just say that IF a K-3 is the same process at this point as the K-1 (which I recently went through), then you don't send anything back to NVC. NVC will send your paperwork to the Consulate in Canada (either Montreal or Vancouver) and you'll need to bring things to your interview there.

Might I suggest you repost this in the Canadian forum as well? Maybe other K-3 Canadians can help you, and will better see your question.

ernie,

I may have given you information in error after reading other posts here. I'm SO sorry. Maybe you do need to send something back to NVC.

Please accept my apologies. If you don't hear from anyone else here, maybe post this message in the Canada forum.
