My interview on 20th dec 2006 when i called embassy the lady told me to fill out only DS 156 electronically on internet thats all but she said if you will not fill it electronically i will send u back no interview if not filled electronically... all other forms i just download filled and printed them.... this is what i did but may be any one eles can tell u more about it... I think when u by 3 the emassy means print and bring all 3 sheets of DS156 as when u print them they are 3 sheets.... last sheet is with ur name and Barcode number....
