I have a work permit now, but received it after filing for the 130 petition. I filed for the 1061A which got approved now I'm waiting for the NVC to send me a date for the interview. On the letter where it says my 1061A was approved it says it's not valid until I leave the US so I know I have to leave the US but ive never left before and scared something bad will happen to my husband or me Mexico. Is it possible I will not have to go to an interview and the leti receive next from the NVC could be an approved GC? Gosh I hope so.

No you have to leave the U.S. And return to Mexico and attend your visa interview. Congrats on the approved waiver, that's great news for your case! Don't be scared your almost done, have faith and trust God! How long did it take you to get your I-601A approved?
