I received my 10 year green card at the end of December 2010 through my marriage to a US citizen. It has been almost 3 years now, could I submit my N-400 appliciation before I complete full three years of being a US resident?

I have seen some old posts about this 90 days window thing and I am not sure if it is fine to do that in 2013. Also, are there any risks involved in applying before completing three full years?

Thank you

I received my two year green card in December 27th, 2010, and my 10 year in April 2013. But my residency still counts since December 2010. What I am trying to tell you is yes you can apply for citizenship since December green card holders their windows open in September. So you can go ahead and apply. Good luck.
