Is there a way I can track the status of my K1 visa application (packet 3) after I've mailed it to the embassy.

I am anxious for my interview because Im pregnant and would love to know in a perfect world, how much longer from this point out! I am due in February and am hoping to be settled before that.

Any info and advice is always appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

You can sign up for electronic alerts (text, email or both) on USCIS's website. I'm not sure about others but the processing estimates on our VJ timeline was really accurate. Is your timeline accurate that you received NOA1 Jan 30, 2013?

- 5/513 - NOA1 received by email - 10/16/13 - NOA2 received in mail - US Embassy Manila Interviews Passed 11/13/13 - 3/4/14 Mailed AOS packet - 4/15/14 Biometrics complete
