On the last page of the instructions, the following is written in the "Check List" section:

The following items must be submitted with Form I-864EZ:

For ALL sponsors:

A copy of your individual Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year, or a statement and/or evidence describing why you were not required to file...

What about the tax transcript for the most recent year? Earlier in the instructions, it is stated that a tax transcript can replace the Federal income tax return/W2 combo

Ignore it. You can use a tax return transcript instead of those things. In fact, we recommend it.

I submitted following Documents with my I-864Ez and the form is already approved by NVC:

1. Tax Trasncript of Last three years from IRS

2. W-2 from all employers from Last three years.

3. Employment letter from current employer stating my current position and annual gross salary.
