Ok...we got the email and texts that USCIS has received everything for AOS, (I-485, I-131, and I-765.) I checked each receipt number on the USCIS website. I noticed that with the I-485, Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location.

Does that imply that we probably will not be needing an interview? Wouldn't they normally be forwarded to the USCIS district office, (in our case Cleveland?)

All I-485 forms for "adjustment of status" from a K-1 will be received by the NBC as well as your I-131 and I-765. This is where they assign the MSC case number. It isn't implying anything at this point. You could or could not get an interview. Nobody can really tell you if you will or not. If you do get an interview, the case will be forwarded to your local service center. Not really sure if they forward in the case of not having an interview. If you do receive an interview, a letter will come with the time and place. This would come some time after the biometrics and EAD/AP combo card. Otherwise, you will just wait for many months to receive any notification.

Thank you for the clarification. I've heard that those who are chosen to not interview may have a longer wait time. That sucks...take the bad with the good I guess.
