Hello, my wife filed a I-130 petition and on Dec. 13 2012 it was approved, due to the fact that it was some how lost in the mail and never recieved. I had to work and get a extra 405 to pay a dupllicate copy of the approval notice. Now im ready to file for my duplicate and I would like to know if I could also file the I-212 to reenter the U.S because previously before my wife submitted the I-130 I was order voluntary departure twice by Immigration Judge. And I feel somehow the I-212 applies to me if theirs anyone out there that could help me with this matter. I would appreciate it very much thank you! you could also contact me at galindojose_23@hotmail.com thanks once again!
