It's true that the beneficiary's BC isn't specifically requested, yet some have received an RFE for it during the process. It's sporadic but when we mailed ours in, I included David's birth certificate mostly because he has a common name and if a name hit occurred I wanted it there in their records so they could verify parents' names, etc.

I wouldn't worry about it if you didn't submit it...it does happen but many do not submit it and have no problems.

I was just browsing and saw few couples got RFE cuz they didnt send the beneficiary's birth certificate and I dont think we included mine when we sent it, smells like RFE for us?

Yeah, im worried about the same thing. We sent off our I-129 packet with only my birth certifiate (petitioner) and not my beneficiary's birth-certificate. It didn't ask for it! I'm worried now that we will get an RFE. Fingers crossed that we don't.

Same with us,our lawyer didn't say about Intent to Marry so we didn't sent it and our pictures have no date printed on it...but we have nothing to do as of now but to wait right? just hoping no RFE good luck to everyone.

Geez, your lawyer is a loser. A missing Statement Of Intent almost means an RFE for sure.
