My fiance and I sent out the I-129F packet couple days ago and are waiting for the NOA1.

Can anyone tell us when should we start to prepare the Affidavit of Support? Are there any requirements that the supporting documents (e.g. bank statements, bonds) must be dated within certain time period before the interview?

My fiance wants to use his real estate in US as one of the sources of finance, what kind of document does he need to provide as a proof? Must he get a real estate appraisal from banks/property agents, etc? Thanks.
