Hi everyone,

I just want to ask you opinion or insights regarding my dilemma.

When my husband and I filed the I-130 form, we have declared that I am currently employed but I am thinking of quiting my job effective October 30,2013 to be able to prepare for everything and spend time with my family here in the Philippines.

Would this decision affects our petition or a Certificate of Employment is enough?

Thank you very much for your time and attention to my dilemma. oops8rh.gifgoofy.gif
