so Lets say she paid the Medical and VIsa Fees already and got her appointment date, then Come the Medical appointment Day without a Letter from Embassy, are they gonn' let her do her Medical without letter from Embassy?

You need to slow down, click the link in my signature and read, then read it again.

1) You pay the visa fee at BPI (per the embassy instructions on their website - links provided), then you wait 8-24 hours after paying, then you can schedule your interview online, once you have scheduled the interview you PRINT out 3 copies of the confirmation page, 1 copy for the interview, 2 copies bring to SLEC.

2) You can not schedule an appointment for the medical, it's first come - first served. You pay for the medical at SLEC when you do the medical. You bring the documents listed on St. Luke's website (again, links are provided). Did you get the letter from NVC with the MNL# ?

thanks everyone!!! now my Fiancee's just waiting for her Letter from Embassy in P.I. ...............whats this DS forms i've been reading about on this site? i know theres DS-230 replaced with DS-260 that you she needs to fill up online, what other forms are they gonn' require? Thanks.......

The DS-260 HAS NOT replaced the DS-230 for the K-1 visa. What is required by the embassy is listed in the embassy instructions letter, link provided. Slow down and read.

You may never get a letter from the embassy, most don't. Which is why you print on the confirmation page from scheduling the interview online and bring two copies to SLEC. Along with two copies of the NVC letter or email.

You must bring the following documentation when you come to the Embassy for your interview:

Yup we are all reading... are you? That states DS-230 Part 1 (ONLY), no where in the embassy letter does it mention the DS-260.

Then the link that Dave gave you regarding the DS-230 ~ DS-260 conversion states at the bottom of the page for K-1 THE DS-260 DOES NOT APPLY, K-1 WILL STILL USE THE DS-230.
