is the embassy gonna issue a k4 visa for my daughter even if i didnt file a form I-130 yet for her i only filed for wife my plan is when they get here in the us thats the time im gonna file for her I-130 their interview for k3/k4 this comming april21 philippines thank you

Yes. They will issue a K-4 for her even if you hadn't file an I-130 yet. However, to make the adjustment of status process faster, you should file the I-130 now, eventhough she hasn't received the K-4.

Yes. They will issue a K-4 for her even if you hadn't file an I-130 yet. However, to make the adjustment of status process faster, you should file the I-130 now, eventhough she hasn't received the K-4.

Yeah, you can file the I-130 when she gets here, she just have to wait for it to be approved before she can start her AOS. If you file now, she doesn't have to wait that long. It's up to you.
