Hi guys so I been browsing all over visa journey trying to find out if its possible to obtain a NY drivers license with a EAD and ssn? Since my husband i94 is expired and that's the same date that his temporary drivers permit is valid til? I have been reading so many forums but I still haven't found a clear answer. Thank you in advanced because any help will be greatly appreciated. By the way this was the only government article regarding this topic http://open.nysenate.gov/legislation/bill/A3476-2013

You will have to check the driving requirements in New York State.
