Yeah I'm pretty much done too. My sister-in-law has made a bunch of cookies as well, so there isn't really a point in me making more, I guess.

Anyhow, I think I'm going to make some Russian tea cakes and call it.

OK, a few observations/questions from the n00b kitchen princess here.

The Graham coconut chip bars... they seem really uh mushy but it was still a bit warm. Is it supposed to "set" when it cools down some more?

Yes, when it cools completely they become way denser. :)

So I've made nothing. I put my back out last weekend and haven't been able to move/stand long enough to bake. :( However, we're having people over on January 1st so I have some time still. :lol:
