Failed to send duplicate of DS-156

I would have sworn that I had, but my fiance tells me he only found 1 version of the DS-156. The interview is in 10 days. Can he just make a copy of the original I sent or did they mean they want 2 originals executed?

Are you the US citizen? The DS-156 is normally filled in by the visa applicant so can he just re-do it and print it twice instead?

He can filled a new one online, it will just generate a new barcode.

I'm the US citizen, but my fiance does not have access to a computer/printer and is not great with forms, particularly if not in French.

Just get her to get a quality copy of the one you sent to her. At the end of the day all you'd do is to print the same form one more time.
