In need of some advice...

Apparently my case completed last week and is now on hold while they review my daughters final document so they can interview us together. I don't really need to do it at the same time as her, and I would love for them to get me date. Question is, I could write an email to them and ask them to get me the interview date separately, but it will take 7-10 days for that email to even get to them, at which time my daughters case will likely be done OR if there was a way to get someone on the phone to just release the hold, it would be much quicker and easier.

Is there any way that someone at the NVC has the ability to do this by phone?

Advice????

I haven't seen this question come up yet, but get a supervisor on the phone, maybe they can get it done.

if you submitted all the docs at the same time I would wait since it should go case complete x2 soonish

My daughters final document was submitted about 10 days after mine. Her file seems to move quicker than mine, but it's just such a waste of time for them to do it this way. I understand the reasoning, but I would think they should find out from me if it's even needed.

I will try phoning the supervisor and see where it goes.
