Less than 1 months for a file transfer from a service center to NVC -- seems a new norm.

Also CSC filer, approved on 7th AUG, file sent out to NVC on 4th SEP.

It should be received by NVC in a few days and sent out to consulate within 1-2 days.

USCIS is now officially stating I-129F petition will be adjucated in 5 months, followed by 2 months of file-transfer period inside the country.

K-1 Timeline
• Feb 22, 2013 – I-129F mailed via FedEx
• Feb 25, 2013 – USCIS Dallas Lockbox received
• Feb 27, 2013 – NOA1 date (CSC)
• Mar 04, 2013 – NOA1 hardcopy in mail

• Aug 07, 2013 – NOA2 (161 days)

• Aug 10, 2013 – NOA2 hardcopy in mail

• Sep 04, 2013 – file sent out from CSC

• Sep 12, 2013 – NVC assigned TKY case #

• Sep 13, 2013 – file in transit to TKY from NVC

• Sep 16, 2013 – CEAC site case status "READY"

• Oct 21, 2013 – Interview at Tokyo Embassy, approved in 3 minutes (236 days since NOA1)

• Oct 21, 2013 – CEAC site case status "Administrative Processing"

• Oct 22, 2013 – CEAC site case status "Issued"

• Oct 23, 2013 – K-1 visa delivered at around noon

Okay, let me be the first to state:

08/27/2013 7:15 a/m CST Email Received / USCIS / On August 27, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing.

09/05/13 : Case received at DOS and MNL Number issued.

The gentelman I conversed with at DOS was very nice about the conversation. I asked when he received the case and when the MNL number was issued. He replied "Sept. 5", then we both realized at the same time " THAT'S TODAY"

Please keep in mind that some dates are only known after receipt of another document.
For example, the USPS Form 3811. The stamped receiving date was not know until the original Form 3811 was received on 07/13/2013 1:30 p/m CST.

we'll try to call again tomorrow for the case number, almost a month on the 9th, just 4 days left and they always reply to email that tranfers to NVC should be at least 8 weeks. how come others don't wait that long?

May 15, 2013 - Sent I-129F packet

May 17, 2013 - Recieved Date

May 21, 2013 - NOA1

August 9, 2013 - Petition Approved; NOA2

September 12, 2013 - Got our Manila Case Number

September 13, 2013 - Paid VISA fee through BPI ; scheduled appointment and medicals

September 17, 2013 - Medical at SLEC; passed in one day

September 20, 2013 - done with CFO seminar pre departure orientation seminar

October 7, 2013 - Interview at USEM (Visa Approved)

October 16, 2013 - Visa on hand

October 17, 2013 - went back to CFO for the sticker

November 9, 2013 - Flight to LAX, got to LAX safely

NOvember 11, 2013 - Printed out I-94 online

Thank you for your reply but I'm a bit confused as I need our K1 Post NOA2 MNL# so I have been calling NVC at the same number you posted. You have posted a Dept. of Health #? What? lol.

sorry but is the Dept of Health the appropriate number to retrieve our MNL# for K1 Post NOA2>
