For my K1 interview, I included my secondary or high school and my colleges and did not include my elementary school when I filled up the ds230 part 1 to be consistent with ds157 which states do not include elementary school.

I just mentioned High School that's Secondary n then College n University means Graduation..not elementary...

So just mention

Secondary

College

&

University Degree if u have..

Thanks for your response. I am also filling out this form for my 11-year old son, so that would mean I wouldn't place anything under the educational institution on his form since he's on elementary. Right?
