Do what the packet 3 ask you to do. If it's written there that you should provide the on-going proof then prepare it. On-going proof means proof of relationship you have AFTER you filed the I-129F. (Recent Chat logs, call logs, emails, recent receipts related to your wedding)

How about photo albums?

Anything that proves the relationship is still going. Travel documents if you've visited, photos (considered secondary evidence) receipts, phone logs, chat logs, text message logs, anything you can send to show you're still together and communicating regularly.

August 5, 2013: 1-129F mailed
August 7, 2013: Received at Lockbox
August 13, 2013: NOA1
September 4, 2013: Alien Reg. # change
October 16, 2013: NOA2
October 29, 2013: Sent to DOS

receipts related to my wedding ?

Wedding? Your profile says K-1. Pls correct if not the right one.

As for ongoing, it does not hurt to add something to that effect, or at least having it handy in case it is asked.

Since I'm not sure you are K-1 or CR-1 or 130: when my now wife went to the interview (K-1), we had added a newer dated letter of our intent to marry, proof of additional travel we had since filing, receipts of money I had sent her to pay for the medical exam and visa.

What i meant for the wedding related is If you have booked venue for the upcoming wedding, receipt of wedding dress you bought for the wedding, etc, show them the proof. If you don't have it you can just give them emails, call and chat logs. I brought my on going proof to the interview but they didn't check it.

Photo also good.

Just got this today :

This office is processing the below-referenced fiancé(e) visa case. I thought this would be brought to the interview and NOT in the package by DHL ..

Anything that proves the relationship is still going. Travel documents if you've visited, photos (considered secondary evidence) receipts, phone logs, chat logs, text message logs, anything you can send to show you're still together and communicating regularly.
