Went through my packets but realised there is no form DS-230. A check on VJ shows that form DS-230 also has to be filled. Do i download this form from the uscis website and fill out?

yes - when we got our packet they did not include it--- better be safe and have it then need it and not have it....

thank you very much. I have decided to have it downloaded and filled out to my interview in case.
