Hello all,

I've got my aunt as a co-sponsor to fill out the I-134 affidavit and I noticed that she has quite a few dependents.

With herself, her daughter, her parents, and my fiancee, that makes a household size of 5, correct?

Am I right in thinking that the petitioner isn't included in the household size?

I'm also a bit worried, because with a household size of 5 (125% is $34,463) and she roughly makes $35,500, we can't afford to make that mistake of miscounting.

And I wasn't too sure if, her being so close to the line, they would look at it any differently than someone who made exceptionally more.

Yes it makes it 5 in the household, it's always good to be above the requirements esp. when it comes to assuring the consular officer that your fiancé won't become a public charge in any possible way.
