Interview scheduled, but says F on Indian Police Certificate

My husband just got his interview date in Saudi, the NVC sent interview letter

but it says

10 - INDIA POLICE CERTIFICATE F

which means The nvc did not request it.

But we had submitted the PCC to NVC.

My question is will the PCC still make it to Embassy? my husband will need it, as he is indian citizen.

Did you send the PCC to NVC? Your post is not clear on this. Do you have a copy of PCC?

You need to send local passport office PCC and local police certificate from your local police station.

if you have submitted one you need to submit other ...check with nvc have you submitted both. ?

Seems like the OP's question is that she sent the PCC to NVC and the NVC marked it as not required.. will the PCC be propagated to the embassy?

Yes we sent the original PCC to NVC, and we do have a copy of it.

But if it deosnt make to embassy, would they ask for original.

Also my husband got the PCC from indian consulate as he is a resident of Saudi.

Our inteview letter says the exact same thing. Even though we submitted Indian Police Certificate from Husband's town, they put F next to it anyway.

I believe PCC is different, Police Clearance Certificate is from passport office, and my Husband got it from Chandigarh passport office. In our interview letter, they put A next to Police Clearance Certificate, which means Husband must bring it to interview.

To be on the safe side, my Husband will bring original copy of (1) Indian Police Certificate and (2) Police Clearance Certificate

For Indian, you need only the PCC from passport office not from police station. In Dept State reciprocity table, it clearly states. Since the OP's partner is an Indian national in foreign country he needs to get PCC from Indian consulate in SArabia and a police certificate from SArabia police.

I called NVC, they said he didnt need PCC as he is indian applying outside of india.

When did you get your PCC? Trying to figure out when to get my wife's PCC. She is also outside India.

We got it right when our I130 was approved, so we had it ready when NVC asked for it. Get it early as it doesnt expire for a year.
