no, you have to wait for your case number before you can pay...

why not call NVC to inquire about your manila case number???

Thanks for the reply..we keep calling them everyday but been told that our case is not with them yet ...said we have to wait 8 weeks from the day of NOA2.. I seen people here who got MLA case # days after they got approve... We dont really know how they work ! Not so fair!

Ohh... yeah... you need alot more patience my dear! It happens to some member of VJ too i know ... but be patient! just keep calling from time to time... :)
