Hey so November 2012 i submitted a k-1 petition for my Fiance and i received noa1 and was waiting for noa2 and was working and ready for everything but a family emergency required me to travel ( end of February)outside of the states to where my fiance lives so i had to cancel the petition since i was living in rent and had to quit my job because i absolutely had no clue when i would be back to the States. It's been 6 months since i cancelled and i explained in the letter why i was cancelling. I'm going back to the States In a month and i'm still with my fiance and we've been together for 3 years so when i send a petition again for him will i face any problems? I'll put a note about what happened the first time and everything.

thanks in advance

I don't think there would be problem since you are petitioning the same person.

Have you thought of getting married first and file for CR1 spousal visa instead?

See this to compare K1 vs CR1 (K3 is obsolete)
CR1 is cheaper in the total cost.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC
