She mailed me me her filled out and signed G325 from the Philippines..But she put down Honolulu Hawaii as her mother's current City and COUNTRY residence...

Ive read the if you make a mistake, start all over with a new form..So I should have her send me another filled out and signed G325 form from the Philippines? This will delay our process at least another 3 or 4 days..Or can i leave the form as is? Or maybe white-out the mistake and fill in the correct answer (Honolulu USA)? Any quick thoughts?

I had a similar problem. Though it was my fault. Before I left The Philippines I had my wife sign the 325. We both never realized that at the bottom where it asks for her full name I added an extra letter in her name. So I called USCIS. They told me use correction tape and as long as the correct spelling is on all other docs should be fine. We shall see.

If its my form i would Leave Honolulu, Hawaii as is ...don't use white correction to make it right...it is not a major error ..besides I am sure USCIS personnel would know that Hawaii is in USA...just my thought.
