Its been over 15 days since the RFE is mailed to me as per my status on uscis website. Haven't received it yet. Called USCIS again today and they told me they will mail it to me again, wait for 15 to 30 days and contact us again if you did not get it.

I got all other documents (NOA receipts, Biometrics appointment letter) they sent me so far. I haven't moved so my address is still the same. But RFE is missing. What a shame, buy $1 item on ebay and you will be provided with a tracking number. Paid over $1500 to uscis and no one knows where the RFE went?

Met -January 8th, 2011

Married - February 1st, 2013

5/29/2013 - Mailed AOS Package to Chicago Lockbox

6/03/2013 - Package Received.

6/06/2013 - Check Cashed.

6/07/2013 - Receipt Date on NOAs - Transferred to National Benefits Center.

6/11/2013 - Received Hard copy NOAs.

6/14/2013 - Biometrics Appointment Notice.

7/08/2013 - Biometrics Done and Successful in Baltimore.

7/17/2013 - I-485 status updated to "Testing and Interview".

8/07/2013 - Interview Notice Received.(online/text).

8/08/2013 - Interview Notice Received.(Mail).

8/09/2013 - EAD Approved.

8/17/2013 - EAD Received.

8/22/2013 - SSC Received.

9/12/2013 - AOS Interview - Further Review needed.

10/03/2013 - AOS APPROVED!!!
10/15/2013 - GC Received.

.....till 2015.

30/09/2015 - Mailed ROC Package to Vermont Lockbox

09/11/2015 - Biometrics Taken in Baltimore

19/08/2016 - RFE received

12/10/2016 - RFE response package sent.

04/11/2016 - ROC APPROVED!!!

25/11/2016 - GC Received.

So it passed 15 days since the RFE was sent, I called uscis last week and they told me that they will send it again. The customer rep. made a service request on my case about the nondelivery of RFE. The next day my online status description was changed stating that the USPS was not able to deliver the RFE and it was returned back to the uscis office. An hour later the status changed to "Card/document production" stating- On Sept 6, a new document has been mail to your address and if not received within 30 days contact us.

08/25/2013 - Package delivered
08/29/2013 - Email/text notifications received

08/30/2013 - Checks Cleared
09/03/2013 - NOA hard copies received

09/09/2013 - Received Biometrics Appointment for 9/25
09/13/2013 - Text/Email for RFE (I-864 & I-94)

09/16/2013 - Completed Biometricks (Walk In)

(Long gap in sending RFE back because I had to complete I-94 application and tried to wait for decision but ended up submitting RFE for I-864 with I-94 NOA)

11/29/2013 - RFE response sent

12/30/2014 - EAD received

01/06/2014 - I-94 Approved!!!!!
02/06/2014 - Interview (had to go back to civil surgeon to re-do paperwork and make sure this time he signs it. Took care of it that very same day and dropped it off at the USCIS office the following morning.
02/14/2014 - Green card received!!!

Wow! Congrats!

So you're getting a 2 yr GC right?

First I thought the same but I did some research and figured that it couldn't be the green card. I think they are re-sending me the RFE. It says about sending a new document and not card.
