Packet 3 submission questions, im confused!

Hi

I have just received my packet 3 from the embassy requesting Documents.

I have 3 questions as I am really confused.

1. Do i send the DS-230 Part I separately or together with the other documents required?

2. Also do i send all the following in another envelope ?

I have DS-230 Parts 1 and 2

DS-156K

DS-156

Form I-134

Form DSL 1076

Police certificate for Australia and Uk

Birth Certificate

3. The packet 3 doesnt mention paying for the Visa.

Any help greatly appreciated!

im pretty sure you send all the paper work together in one envelope

You purchase the visa at the post office before interview ,

Keep recipe to show at the interview, i think it explains that on packet 4.

2010 U.S. Federal Income Tax Returns of your fiancé and/or joint sponsor. Form 1040 can be downloaded fromwww.irs.gov Copies accepted. Or;

A statement from your petitioning relative stating that s/he was not required to file a tax return and to state

the reasons that s/he was not required to file. Original Required.

Letter from your petitioning relative and/or joint sponsor’s employer verifying date of hire, position, wages or

salary, numbers of hours worked per week and permanency of the employment on company letterhead. Copies

accepted or, most recent pay stub.

PASSPORT: Please submit a photocopy of the biographic page of your passport. The original passport must be brought to your appointment and have at least 8 months validity beyond the issuance date of the visa.

Please go to Level 10 of the MLC Centre for security check in on the day of your interview and present this letter to our security guards on the day of your interview to access the Consulate.

Please ensure that the panel physician provides you with a copy of Form DS-3025, Vaccination Documentation Worksheet as part of your permanent health record. If you did not receive a copy of the DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet we can provide one for you at the time of your interview. You should hand-carry the DS-3025 with your sealed visa package (received only once your visa is issued) and any other medical paperwork.

Immigrant visa processing times vary. There may be unexpected ineligibilities that become apparent only at the time of your interview which require additional time and processing. For this reason, you should not make any irrevocable arrangements, such as purchasing non-refundable tickets, selling your home, or quitting your job, until after your immigrant visa is actually approved and issued to you.

The following items are required before your visa can be issued. Please refer to the list below of items that will be required on the day of your interview.

I have sent in DS-230 Part 1 seperately as rereading the form it says to send that immediately and then send the other documents later. I am going to send everything on Monday.I will make sure i have copies and triple checked everything as per your list.
