Joint Sponsor tax forms (send to NVC or the interview?)

My fiancé goes back to Brazil on Friday to wait out the rest of the K-1 process and I'm just making sure he is leaving with all of the papers he needs to have in his possession at the interview... Do I need to send the joint sponsor's tax forms and pay stubs with him or will those be requested by NVC? I don't want to send them with him if he doesn't need them, I'd rather keep them and send them to NVC myself if thats what they'll be asking for...

Do I send them with him or will they be requested by NVC?

What other documents will he need to have for the interview?
