IR-5. I have already paid the AOS online. What is next?

I have already paid the AOS for $88.00 more than a week now. NVC website said it was already processed and marked as paid. What is next?

1. When can I send my I-864 form including supporting documents.

2. Should I send it via email or mail.

3. What is the exact form I should send? is it I-864 or I864EZ

4. Should I be receiving a I-864 package from NVC prior to mailing the actual I-864 form?

5. When can I receive the IV Bill?

Thanks for all the help!

Salamat kabayan.

Matanong ko lang po, do I have to wait for the IV Bill before I should send the AOS like the one you will do?

There are two forms. Which one should I use, the I-864EZ or I-864? How will I send this via email or postal mail?

I already emailed the DS3230 more than a week now pero wala pa kong feedback from NVC. I still haven't received the IV Bill and DS 230.
