please I am a SHS graduate teaching in a primary school. when filling my DS-230 form my agent wrote student as my occupation because I haven't attended any teacher training institution and have no certificate in teaching. He also said that if I write teaching as my occupation the CO will ask for a certificate in teaching which o don't have. Is it ok for him to write student when am not currently attending any school?

Also on question 32 which requires applicants to list their employment for the past ten years he wrote teaching as the job title, the employer's name and the year I started to PRESENT. Is it safe to provide such information? Please what's your take on these? thank you

Your post is laughable. How can your occupation be filled as STUDENT and then you end up entering employment information. Isn't this contradictory? You need nobody's advice on this. Good luck.
